THE STORY
The DAREarts Leadership Awards took place at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto, where guests enjoyed a sophisticated evening surrounded by future leaders of our generation. The event included a silent and live auction, Fund-A-Need, gourmet cuisine, youth awards, a cultural award and memorable live performances including the amazing iskwē.
5 significant Canadian youth were recognized for the dedication, passion and leadership in the community. It created some very special moments in the evening.
The gala was an opportunity to raise significant funds and to demonstrate how youth leaders aren’t born, they’re grown. Each and every day through the power of art-based education, DAREarts provides youth in underserved communities across Canada the power to develop essential skills for future success.
