ONTARIO SCIENCE CENTRE’S RBC INNOVATOR’S BALL

THE STORY

The Ontario Science Centre’s RBC Innovators’ Ball is the foremost fundraising event supporting curiosity, innovation and science learning in Canada. It brings together creative minds and key influencers to share ideas, inspire new perspectives and reshape our idea of what is possible.

Proceeds from the event support the Ontario Science Centre, innovative science learning experiences (online and in-person) and community access programs, which help ensure that visits are affordable and accessible to all members of the community.

The format of the event has evolved over the years, however key elements remain constant: a celebration of science, technology, young innovators and access to science learning experiences.

Hala Events collaborated with the Science Centre to produce a 90-minute FREE engaging livestream event that attracted more than 200+ of Canada’s business leaders, philanthropists and influencers.

Emceed by scientist and TV personality Dan Riskin, this science-packed event featured a conversation with Canadian space leaders; a sneak peek of the Science Centre’s newest exhibition Bug Lab; interactive trivia; science experiments; and an eAuction filled with exclusive items!

This engaging livestream event raised significant funds to support the Ontario Science Centre’s mission to inspire passion for the human adventure of discovery and support innovative and accessible science experiences and programs.
