ALL COMPANY MEETING SPRING

THE STORY

The All Company Meeting, hosted biannually by the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board was held at the Roy Thomson Hall. Over a thousand employees were gathered together for the meeting, including employees from offices around the world (New York City, London, São Paulo, Luxemburg, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Australia) who joined the meeting via webcast.

The All Company Meeting is an opportunity to review company initiatives, goals, performances and strategies, as well as to recognize employee efforts such as volunteer initiatives. Audience response software was used for several Q&A sessions during the meeting.

During the breakfast reception, as well as after the meeting, attendees were encouraged to visit the pop-up booths in the lobby. The pop-up booths provided information on how employees can get involved with different volunteer initiatives within the CPPIB community.
