FATHER’S DAY RUN
THE STORY
On Father’s Day, families joined together to walk or run 5km to raise awareness and funds for the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation. hala inc. executed this event on the same day in four cities across Canada simultaneously.
We strategically repositioned the “run” to encourage family involvement as a means to differentiate it in a very saturated run/walk marketplace. We selected family-friendly venues i.e. Ontario Place in Toronto), Calgary Zoo in Calgary, Playland at the PNE in Vancouver and Dalhousie University in Halifax and included picnic lunches, live entertainment and activities to create a fun-filled afternoon.
It truly was a family affair and fun was had by all.
